"Thank you Endurance Coaching for your expertise in dialing me in on my Triathlon bike. I was able to compete in the Ironman Frankfurt Germany European Championship successfully. Because of you, your knowledge of bio-mechanics, and your bike fit studio, I was pain free in my new Aero position. I can proudly say after swimming 2.4 miles I rode 112 miles pain free and followed that by running a steady marathon. Ken is a wonderful person to work with and can help you get fitted for your bicycle. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or competitive cyclist, his bike fit model will have you riding comfortably to your needs, body type, flexibility and fitness. He will talk you through the process and in turn you will learn a great deal about yourself as an athlete. In addition, Ken is an Endurance Coach and if you are interested in personalized coaching, whether it be swim, bike, or run, he can help you achieve that next level. Mahalo!"

"I engaged Ken to prepare me for the 2016 Triple Bypass Ride in Evergreen, Co. The ride consisted of 120 miles over 3 mountain passes (10,500', 11,500', and 11990'), with over 10,500' of climbing. Ken started with a custom bike fit to provide for maximum performance, efficiency, and comfort. Ken's weekly ride assignments of varying lengths, intensities, and combinations of climbing, intervals, and long distance, totally prepared me for the Ride. I had zero aches and pains, had ample strength for the long climbs, and actually had gas in the tank at the finish of the ride. I dare say, that it was almost easy thanks to Ken,"

"While being overweight but also having a desire to ride my bicycle more I was at a crossroads. The goals I had for myself were big and I didn't know how to achieve them without help. Ken helped me learn how to build endurance, ride smart, understand the body and accomplish my first goal of 7 days in the French, Swiss, and Italian alps. The next year my goal increased to a more difficult trip in the Italian Dolimites. The trip would take us over 35K feet of climbing in 1 week. Ken customized a plan for me that helped me achieve that goal and not just finish the trip but enjoy the cycling and not collapse from exhaustion. The final (so far) goal that helped me accomplish was an Ironman 70.3 Race in Boise Idaho. This was by far the toughest challenge I ever faced. Ken again customized a plan that helped me achieve my goal of finishing the event. In all of these goals I was able to succeed while being injury free. That is what I call success and a great Coach!"
Jim Turner - Aliso Viejo, CA
"Since working with Ken, I have transformed every phase of my cycling. We started by building a base in my cycling program that I had not done before. This consisted of conditioning my body to work efficiently at different Heart Rate Levels and how to sustain power over an extended period of time. I am competing successfully in racing events and I am continuing to get stronger and stronger.
Kens understanding and experience of Anatomy and Kinesiology was very helpful in my making a quick return to full activity after an untimely bike accident. I have been working with Endurance Coaching for over two years now and continue to progress."
